Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available if requested within 14 days of the initial membership purchase or renewal. After this period, fees are non-refundable.
Refund requests for events must be made at least 7 days before the event date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
2. Refund Amounts
Available if canceled within 14 days, minus a processing fee of 10%.
If canceled after 14 days but before the end of the notice period, a partial refund may be issued, subject to specific terms outlined in your membership agreement or event terms.
3. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain fees, such as administrative charges or late fees, may be non-refundable.
